Design Centric embraced the challenge of developing a new, multi-paged website for Kensington Gardens, a 55+ resort living community. Focusing on the theme of "your life, your way," the website captured a journey through the comfort and style embedded in the beauty of its gardens and accommodations – upscale suites of their estate-like manor suites, cottages, and villas of their expansion. The new website architecture promoted consistent branding, effective storytelling, and the inclusion of original photography and drone videography, accentuating the goal for residents to live fully as they age. Close communication with Kensington Gardens' owner and manager enabled our freedom to initiate and execute content and imagery, unfolding the breadth of the resort in a user-friendly, marketable way. The website became such an effective tool for marketing that the team chose to shift advertising from print to the website.
