Awarded in Print Magazine’s Regional Design Annual, théorie packaging was designed to emphasize the benefits of this upscale hair care line, rather than the common approach of addressing only hair issues. The unique, colored icon system promoted product differentiation for quick recognition at retail. Advertised in leading style and beauty magazines, People and Glamour, the opaque bottles brought a fresh, rejuvenated look to the shelves of haircare aisles with profits to the manufacturer's private label.
